About Us

HelmetsPro is the online motorcycle helmet and riding gear store of TRASTOS & ZARRIOS S.L., a Spanish company with its registered office in Zaragoza. The online store launched in 2026.

Our speciality is the motorcycle helmet: we select new models from established manufacturers for every type of riding and offer them with clear product information, free shipping and personal customer support in English and Spanish.

What you will find at HelmetsPro

Our catalogue includes full-face, modular, jet/open-face, motocross and trail/enduro helmets from brands such as AGV, Shoei, Arai, HJC, LS2, Nolan, MT and Airoh. Every product page lists the model, colour, available sizes, specifications and availability, so you can choose the helmet that best suits your bike and your riding style.

How we work

We review and prepare every order before dispatch, keep availability information up to date, and explain delivery times, payment methods, returns and exchanges clearly. If you have questions about size, homologation or compatibility, our team helps you before and after your purchase.

Products and warranty

All products offered on HelmetsPro are new and are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007. Any manufacturer’s warranty applies in addition, under each brand’s terms.

Customer support

We answer enquiries about orders, payments, delivery, returns and products in English and Spanish, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (CET), by email and by phone.
